Remove bulb from plastic tube

1. If one of the (Pink or white) wires is hanging and is not connected to the 2Pin JST connector then then You need to insert that Pink wire into the 2pin connector and make sure it is firmly inserted. Do this after removing the bulb from the plastic tube.

2. If we insert both wires into the 2 pin connector then you can not remove the bulb from the plastic tube without breaking. We do this to safely deliver the product.
3. there are 2 surfaces on the wire end. one is flat and other not. It only goes in one direction into 2pin jst connector. (flat surface down)

3. If the solder joint came out at the point where the white or pink wire is attached to the bulb itself, then let us know we will arrange a replacement.
